Create ThirtyEight is a collaborative studio between interior designers Emma&Co and Plot Design.

St James’s Stree is the first of their complete ventures with a property developer who is investing in Nottingham. This 9 Bed Student HMO is in the heart of the city centre and is a listed Georgian building. Although much of the internal features had been ripped out by previous owners, some small charms remained which played apart of this Bespoke design led project.
